How to Make Peanut Butter Bars
Hungry? Got the munchies? These gluten-free no-bake peanut butter bars are pretty easy to make. Plus, they're incredibly yummy and peanuts are good for you,[1] so give this recipe a try today!

Ingredients

1 cup (230g) butter, melted

2 cups (170g) gluten free graham cracker crumbs

1 cup (120g) confectioner's sugar

1 cup (260g) + 4 tablespoons (65g) peanut butter

1 1/2 cups (250g) chocolate chips

Steps

  1. 1
In a small saucepan, melt the butter.
  2. 2
In a medium sized bowl, put in the graham cracker crumbs and the confectioner's sugar.
  3. 3
Stir in the 1 cup of peanut butter in with the butter.
  4. 4
Mix together all of the above ingredients and stir them well.

Melt the chocolate and the 4 tablespoons of peanut butter. To do that:
    • Put the chips and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl
    • Heat for thirty seconds at a time.
    • Remove from the microwave and stir thoroughly.
    • Continue until it is full melted and mixed together.
  6. 6
Pour the chocolate (white in this case) over the other mixture.

Refrigerate for at least one hour. After setting, the bars/rounds are ready to serve.
