How to Make Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients
1 cup (230g) butter, melted
2 cups (170g) gluten free graham cracker crumbs
1 cup (120g) confectioner's sugar
1 cup (260g) + 4 tablespoons (65g) peanut butter
1 1/2 cups (250g) chocolate chips
Steps
- 1In a small saucepan, melt the butter.
- 2In a medium sized bowl, put in the graham cracker crumbs and the confectioner's sugar.
- 3Stir in the 1 cup of peanut butter in with the butter.
- 4Mix together all of the above ingredients and stir them well.
- 5Melt the chocolate and the 4 tablespoons of peanut butter. To do that:
- Put the chips and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl
- Heat for thirty seconds at a time.
- Remove from the microwave and stir thoroughly.
- Continue until it is full melted and mixed together.
- 6Pour the chocolate (white in this case) over the other mixture.
- 7Refrigerate for at least one hour. After setting, the bars/rounds are ready to serve.
